Shipping information

We ship our wines exclusively in secure 6-bottle shipping cartons. We therefore only ship in units of 6 bottles or multiples thereof (e.g. 6, 12, 18 bottles etc.). Single despatch is unfortunately not possible

Shipping costs within Austria:

We charge a shipping fee of € 5.00 for each box of 6 bottles.

From an order of 36 bottles (6 × 6-bottle cartons) shipping is free of charge

Shipping service provider:

Shipping is carried out by a reliable Austrian parcel service (e.g. DPD, Post AG or similar). After dispatch you will receive a confirmation e-mail with tracking information.

Delivery time:

The delivery time within Austria is usually 3-5 working days from receipt of payment.

Self collection:

You are also welcome to collect your order in person from our Heurigen in Vienna-Oberlaa. Please contact us to arrange an appointment.

Payment methods

The following payment options are available in the online shop of Heurigen & Weingut Stefan Wieselthaler:

Prepayment by bank transfer:

After completing your order, you will receive our bank details by e-mail. The dispatch takes place after receipt of payment.

Credit card (Visa & Mastercard):

Secure processing via our payment portal. The amount is debited directly when the order is finalised.

Cash payment on collection:

If you collect your order yourself, you can pay the invoice amount directly on site.

Returns and refunds

For online orders, consumers have a statutory right of cancellation of 14 days from receipt of the goods in accordance with the German Distance and Off-Premises Selling Act (FAGG)

Please send us a clear statement (e-mail or letter) of your cancellation.

The return costs are borne by you as the customer. After checking the undamaged, originally sealed bottles, we will refund the purchase price including standard shipping costs within 14 days

Important note: Opened or damaged bottles cannot be returned (except in the case of transport damage). In case of damage, please send photos immediately.

Data transfer to service providers

For order processing, we pass on your name, delivery address and, if applicable, telephone number/email to shipping and payment service providers - exclusively for delivery and tracking purposes

No disclosure for advertising purposes without your consent (GDPR-compliant).
