General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the website of Heuriger Stefan Wieselthaler

Registration Registration on the website is not necessary to view the information and offers of the Heuriger. Registration is only required to use certain services such as online table reservations or wine orders.

Table reservations Table reservations can be made online via the Heurigen website. The reservation only becomes binding upon confirmation by the Heuriger.

Wine orders Wine orders can be placed online via the Heuriger's website. The order only becomes binding once it has been confirmed by the Heuriger. Payment is made directly upon collection or dispatch of the ordered goods.

Cancellation Table reservations and wine orders can be cancelled up to a certain point in time. This time will be stated when the reservation or order is made.

Liability Heuriger Stefan Wieselthaler accepts no liability for damages arising from the use of the website or the services offered. In particular, the Heuriger is not liable for damage caused by technical problems or errors in data transmission.

Changes to the GTC The Heuriger Stefan Wieselthaler reserves the right to change the GTC at any time. The amended GTC will be published on the website.

Final provisions The law of the Federal Republic of Austria applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Heuriger Stefan Wieselthaler, Vienna, insofar as the user is a merchant or a legal entity under public law. Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
