Returns and refunds

Consumers have a statutory right of cancellation for online orders of 14 days from receipt of the goods in accordance with the Distance and Off-Premises Selling Act (FAGG)

Please send us a clear statement (e-mail or letter) of your cancellation.

The return costs are borne by you as the customer. After checking the undamaged, originally sealed bottles, we will refund the purchase price including standard shipping costs within 14 days

Important note: Opened or damaged bottles cannot be returned (except in the case of transport damage). In case of damage, please send photos immediately.
